With just one click, users are securely redirected to BoxedChat to authenticate and select a workspace– no passwords needed in WordPress! **Features:** – One-click OAuth authentication with BoxedChat – Automatic widget embedding on all pages – No credentials stored in WordPress – Customizable widget height – Optional shortcode for custom placements: `[workspace_widget]` – Responsive iframe embedding – Works with all BoxedChat workspaces ### Usage **Automatic Usage (Default):** Once you connect a workspace, the widget automatically appears in the footer of all pages. **With Shortcode (Optional):** `[workspace_widget]` **Custom height:** `[workspace_widget height="800"]` **Available Attributes:** – `height` – The height of the widget in pixels (default: 600, range: 300-2000) ### Configuration 1. Navigate to Settings > BoxedChat Integration in your WordPress admin panel 2. Click « Connect to BoxedChat » 3. Login to your BoxedChat account 4. Select the workspace you want to embed 5. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. Go to Settings > Workspace Widget to connect your BoxedChat account 4. Click « Connect to BoxedChat » and follow the OAuth flow 5. Select a workspace to embed on your site 6. Done! The widget automatically appears on all pages ## FAQ ### Q: Will my credentials be stored in WordPress? A: No! The plugin uses OAuth authentication. You login directly to BoxedChat, and the plugin only stores an API key – your credentials never go through WordPress. ### Q: Can I embed multiple widgets? A: The plugin embeds one workspace widget by default. Use the shortcode `[workspace_widget]` to add additional instances. ### Q: Does the widget work with WordPress multisite? A: Yes, the plugin works with WordPress multisite installations. Each site can connect to a different BoxedChat workspace. ### Q: Can I change which workspace is embedded? A: Yes, click « Disconnect & Reconnect » in Settings > BoxedChat Integration to select a different workspace. ### Q: How do I remove the widget? A: Deactivate or uninstall the plugin.
