How do I bulk update alt text for all images?

On the media listing page, from the Bulk actions dropdown you can either « Update Images Alt Text » or « Copy Images Names to Alt Text » option.
The option « Update Images Alt Text » will update alt text for selected images as the text given in the input field in Alt Text column.
The option « Copy Images Names to Alt Text » will update image title or name (post title) into alt text either for selected images or for all images. -
