Description
This plugin is a rewrite of a JavaScript snippet called PhotoNav. It provides for easy integration of panaorama pictures in a WordPress page throught using shortcode. The user can « rotate » the view of the panorama by moving the mouse over the image area or dragging the image.
Additional features include an integration with jQuery Colorbox and animated scrolling.

Installation
- Upload the wp-photonav directory to the
/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress
- Upload a panorama picture
- Include PhotoNav in your post by entering
[photonav url='/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/panorama.jpg'].

While the plugin appears to work fine even with the most recent version of WordPress (4.9.4 as I write this), the output that it produces seems to be broken with newer browsers. On both the latest Firefox and Opera (Chromium based) the pano simply vanishes, or only leaves a pixel wide line as soon as I click on it.
The lack of better support for mobile devices has been mentioned in another review. Too bad, I really liked the plugin!

Works with mouse fine on Windows PC with Chrome.
On an Android tablet or phone no fun, no translation opf wipes to mouse events. Ony scrolling with tapping on the screen.
No visible indicator that you are viewing a panorama.
