Description

WPayme adds payment forms, donation forms, payment links and Pay Now buttons to any WordPress page, and takes the money through PayPal or Razorpay. No WooCommerce, no code, and no extra fee on top of your provider’s.

Build a form, choose a gateway, paste the shortcode or drop in the block, and you are taking payments. One-time or recurring, fixed price or pay what you want, one product or a bundle, a digital download or something you post. Every payment lands in one dashboard with the customer, the invoice and the gateway beside it.

Accept payments without WooCommerce

Most sites that take money do not need a shop. WPayme gives you a simple payment form for a service, a deposit, a booking, a class, a consultation or a membership fee, on any page or post, with nothing else to install. Already run WooCommerce? WPayme adds its gateways to your checkout as well.

PayPal payment forms

Take PayPal payments from a PayPal balance or a card, without sending people away from your site to a separate shop. Create as many PayPal buttons and forms as you need, each with its own amount, product and fields.

Razorpay and UPI payments for India

Accept UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay. It is the quickest way to take UPI payments in WordPress: connect Razorpay, add a form, share the page or a payment link, and buyers pay from any UPI app. Prices in rupees, receipts and invoices included.

Donation forms with goals and Gift Aid

A donation form with suggested amounts, a custom amount, one-off or monthly giving, and a fundraising goal with a progress bar. Donors can cover the processing fee. UK charities get Gift Aid: donors declare it on the form and you download the declarations in the column order of HMRC’s schedule, ready to claim.

Recurring payments and subscriptions

Charge weekly, monthly or yearly, wherever your gateway supports it, with a first-payment coupon applied to the first payment only. Customers see their subscriptions, and renewals, cancellations and failures show up in the dashboard as they happen.

Payment links and Pay Now buttons

Send a payment link by email, WhatsApp or text message, with no page to build. Or drop a Pay Now button into any post, page or widget.

Sell digital downloads

Sell e-books, sheet music, courses, templates or software. Buyers receive signed, expiring download links by email and in their account. Physical products can ask for a delivery address, and only when something is actually posted.

Products, options, bundles and stock

Sell one product, let buyers choose between options (sizes, editions, ticket types) at their own prices, or sell a bundle together at a discount. Stock counts down as it sells, and a sold-out item is refused on the server, not just hidden on the page.

Invoices, EU VAT and coupons

Every successful payment gets a numbered PDF invoice. EU sellers can charge VAT with live VIES checks of business VAT numbers. Coupon codes can take a percentage or a fixed amount off, with a minimum spend, a limit per customer and a total limit.

Customers and reports

Each buyer has a customer record with everything they have paid and their lifetime value. Reports show revenue over time, success rate and refunds, per currency, with CSV export. Everything WPayme does is written to an activity log you can filter and export.

Spam protection

Rate limiting and a honeypot out of the box, and Cloudflare Turnstile, hCaptcha or Google reCAPTCHA when you want them.

Built to be trusted

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own pages, so they never reach your site or its database. Payments go to the provider over TLS, and every status change comes back through the provider’s webhook.

Made for your language

WPayme speaks English, Arabic, German, French and Dutch, supports right-to-left layouts, and ships a translation template (languages/wpayme.pot) so you can add your own.

WPayme Pro

WPayme Pro adds around sixty further payment providers, including Stripe, Mollie, Adyen, iDEAL, Bancontact, Cashfree, PayU, Paytm, PhonePe, CCAvenue, Instamojo, Flutterwave, MyFatoorah, Iyzico, Mercado Pago, SumUp and Revolut, around forty further integrations such as Gravity Forms, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Formidable Forms, MemberPress, Easy Digital Downloads, GiveWP, LearnDash, LifterLMS, Paid Memberships Pro, Bookly and LatePoint, the Bricks, Divi, Beaver Builder, Breakdance and Oxygen elements, automations, scheduled jobs, and payment alerts by text message, Slack, Telegram and Discord. The free plugin stays complete on its own; Pro only adds.

Fees

WPayme is free to use and adds no fee to payments. You pay only your payment
provider’s own pricing.

External services

Connecting a payment provider through the « Connect with… » buttons uses the
WPayme OAuth service at oauth-server.wpayme.com. It exists so that the platform
credentials each provider issues are never placed in the plugin, where anyone
could read them.

When you start a connection the service receives your site’s admin URL, the id
of the gateway configuration you are connecting, whether you chose live or test
mode, and the plugin version. It then returns the provider’s authorization page,
and afterwards exchanges the authorization code for the access token stored on
your site. No payment or customer data is sent to it, and it is used only while
connecting or refreshing a connection – never during a payment.

Gateways configured with your own API keys do not contact this service at all.

Payment providers. Each payment is sent to the provider you connected – PayPal
or Razorpay in this plugin, and the others in WPayme Pro – with the amount,
currency, description and the customer details the form collected, so that
the provider can take the payment. The provider then notifies your site of the
result, and of refunds and subscription renewals, through a webhook. What each
provider does with that data is set out in its own terms and privacy policy:

CAPTCHA, only if you switch it on in the spam protection settings. Forms then load the widget
of the provider you chose, and when the form is submitted your site sends
that provider the answer token and the visitor’s IP address to check it.
Nothing is loaded or sent while CAPTCHA is off, which is the default.

WPayme includes the Freemius SDK, which handles WPayme Pro licences, updates
and checkout. After activation it asks whether you want to opt in; nothing is
sent unless you do. If you opt in, it sends Freemius your name and email
address, the site address and language, the WordPress and PHP versions, and
the list of installed plugins and themes unless you untick that option. It also
contacts Freemius when you open the Upgrade page, activate a licence, or check
for WPayme Pro updates. You can opt out at any time from the Account page.
