Contact Us Form is a simple WordPress plugin that generates a responsive contact form on your website or blog. Mailchimp Extension provides you the way to add your leads to your mailchimp account.
To connect the Responsive Contact Form to a MailChimp account, a valid MailChimp API Key is needed. Add the MailChimp API Key and click « Save Changes » to continue. You will be prompted with list of your mailchimp lists. Check the mailchimp list to which you want to subscribe your leads and save changes.

Installation
