Description

Allows you to change the author of a piece of media by adding a drop-down list of all your blog’s users to the « Edit Attachment » screen in the Media Library.

Installation

Upload media_author.php to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

FAQ

Does this add the dropdown menu to the popup screen for media while I’m editing a post?: No, not yet.
Is there a way to limit the users shown in the dropdown?: Not yet.
